First Festival today

We did our first "public" appearance I guess you can say that wasn't a yard sale today. It cost 35$ to have a booth there. They stuck us like behind everyone, but after I got home and counted and that I guess we did ok. The booth was $35 and we made 28.60 so we only lost like 6.40. I think that's pretty well for a first time. We almost broke even. Right?! I need to work on updating this more. It took me like 10 Min's just to get into this blog. Lol, i can't ever seem to remember my stuff for the different places I'm a part of online. The next place we're thinking of getting into is Roseville Tuesday nights. We're not doing it this week but hopefully next Tues til the last one on July 27th. We'll see what happens. I'll try and remember to keep you all informed. Thank you for the support. Update for 3/27/10

I'm working on getting soaps made to put on ebay. We're thinking of doing a bargain sale on there. Like buy two big bars get one free sort of thing. Last night I decided to work on a soap for Working people in Mechanic's and Machinery it didn't work as well as I'd of hoped so back to the drawing board. I like experimenting it's fun sometimes. I want to Congratulate our Friends John and Aimee on the Birth of their first Son Carl was born yesterday around 530. CONGRATULATIONS YOU TWO. He is a handsome little boy. God Bless you and your new little family. I would also like to take this time to thank my Brother in Christ Jesse M. for helping get my soap name out there. God Bless you Little brother. Sample Scent mishap......

Well I sold two sample packs in the past week or two. YAY!!! Excited about that but we weren't sure how to do Sample's of the Scents. So we put a drop in a baggie wrote what the scent was on the bag and were letting people choose four scents. Well when they got their scents with their sample packs in the mail all the writing had come off by time they got it. :-( Plus all the scents like soaked through the baggies and mixed together pretty much. :-( So back to trying to figure out how to send sample's of scents. We're now thinking of trying them on a Qtip and than a baggie. Both people who bought from us suggested Cotton Balls. So we'll try the Qtip's and cotton balls. Hopefully it'll work better next time. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks and God Bless.

I have five bases to choose from: Glycerin, Olive/Aloe, Shea Silk, Oatmeal, and Goats Milk. I have over 20 scents to choose from or you can suggest one to put in like real Lime. The scents I have Available right now are: Angels Whispering- A blend of Baby Powder, baby magic, gardenia, and cucumber with chocolate, caramel, honey, and soft notes of vanilla, sandalwood, and patchouli...
